Seven Years of Wrong Love; I Walk Away and Shine Alone

Lu Ning was a corporate heiress living a peaceful life. She had been married to Xu Hao for years, and they had a daughter named Ranran. Yet an unusual purchase record she stumbled upon shattered their tranquil life. Lu Ning suspected her husband was hiding business secrets. She tailed him to a hotel but misjudged the situation. Xu Hao shifted all the blame to his friend Zhao Yunpeng and got away with it for the time being. Lu Ning refused to stop investigating. She grew suspicious of Xu Hao's secretary Qian Jiayue, but further investigation only showed that Zhao Yunpeng and Qian Jiayue had purely work-related interactions. Zhao Yunpeng hinted that Xu Hao was indeed hiding something, strengthening Lu Ning's resolve to dig deeper. After discovering suspicious items at home, she realized how serious the matter was. For the sake of her daughter and the family business, she held back her anger and quietly gathered evidence. Lu Ning hired an investigator named He Fang to assist her. At her father's birthday banquet, she spotted a very expensive piece of jewelry worn by Bai Tingting, a senior executive of the company—and learned that it had been bought by Xu Hao, filling her with deep suspicion. Later, she accidentally caught Xu Hao meeting Bai Tingting in secret, and was horrified to uncover their improper collusion. What broke her heart the most was the conversation she overheard: Xu Hao had approached her from the very beginning just to gain access to the company's core resources, and their entire marriage was nothing but a calculated fraud. Xu Hao had secretly transferred corporate assets, plotting to drain the Lu family's business and flee abroad after securing a massive loan. Suppressing her grief, Lu Ning collected solid evidence with the help of the investigator and Qian Jiayue, then laid a trap. She exploited Bai Tingting's character flaws to make her expose herself, and reported their suspicious financial transactions to the authorities. Right before Xu Hao was about to abscond with the stolen funds, Lu Ning's careful plan took effect, and Bai Tingting was taken into custody over illegal financial activities. With all his schemes exposed, Xu Hao abandoned Bai Tingting and tried to escape alone, only to be arrested in the end. Fully awakened to the truth, Lu Ning rejected Xu Hao's pleas for forgiveness. She took over her father's company and grew into an outstanding female entrepreneur, embarking on a brand-new life with her daughter Ranran. Relying on her wisdom and courage, she not only safeguarded the family business but also achieved remarkable personal growth, evolving into an independent and confident modern woman.
