Blade Runner of the Apocalypse: A Giant Gold Vault Every Single Day
Lin Feng, a food delivery rider in Jiangcheng, hits rock bottom in life. He is dumped by his gold-digging girlfriend, fired by the delivery station, and cannot even afford his rent. When despair overwhelms him, he accidentally finds that the shabby wardrobe in his rental flat acts as a two-way portal connecting the real world and post-apocalyptic Jiangcheng. At the same time, he awakens the Apocalypse Blade Runner System with an upgradable safe storage space. The rule is simple: if he dies in the apocalypse, he will automatically teleport back to reality, and only supplies stored inside the safe can be brought back intact without loss. From then on, Lin Feng embarks on his cross-world blade-running career. On his first trip through the portal, he brings back gold bars to resolve his urgent financial troubles. At a shopping mall, he humiliates his ex-girlfriend and the rich heir who mocked him right on the spot. He returns to the wasteland equipped with modern protective gear and rescues Lao Hei, a military veteran, who teaches him the survival rules and faction layout of the apocalyptic world. When Scar Gang covets his supplies, Lin Feng, boosted by enhanced physical fitness and stab-proof suits, slays their leader Scar. He takes in more than twenty survivors hiding in an abandoned factory and builds his first survival outpost. As Lin Feng grows more skilled at blade-running, he leads his team to loot supermarkets and bank vaults, amassing mountains of gold and jewelry. He also obtains low-grade and mid-grade genetic serums one after another, greatly boosting his physique and combat power. Back in reality, a violent debt-collection gang breaks into his place to harass him, yet Lin Feng beats them off effortlessly, putting an end to all his real-world troubles once and for all.
