Radar Eye Cowboy

In the Wild West, Arthur was merely the retarded brother-in-law of Mary, depending on her for survival. When the tax collector Benjamin came to demand taxes, Arthur was beaten, which unexpectedly awakened his X-ray vision, hyper-reflexes, and superhuman strength. To pay off debts, he panned for gold, and discovered oil hidden beneath the farm. As Mayor Silas schemed to seize the oilfield, Arthur teamed up with his old friend Benny and wealthy heiress Isabella to strike back. He avenged his dead brother, dealt with the mastermind, and became the owner of a gold mine.
