My Real Contract Wife
The entire drama is a modern urban romance with elements such as secret marriage, concealed identities, entertainment industry involvement, and emotional entanglements. The male and female protagonists met through a blind date arranged by the female lead's father. Initially, the female lead had reservations about the male lead's age and intended to reject the relationship. However, through patience and strategy, the male lead gradually won the female lead's heart, and they eventually got married. After their marriage, the male lead kept his identity as a movie star a secret from the public, either to protect his private life or for other reasons. This secrecy, however, caused some problems in their marriage. They kept their marriage a secret for five years, and eventually, their relationship broke down. The male lead was seen embracing and kissing his first love on a film set, and the female lead chose to turn a blind eye. However, when the female lead unknowingly participated in a reality dating show and interacted with a top celebrity, the male lead started to pay close attention to their interactions, which aroused his jealousy and possessiveness. He had a cold demeanor, which might have been triggered by his realization of the depth of his feelings for the female lead and his fear of losing her. Later, when the female lead had a miscarriage during a shoot, the male lead was not there to accompany her but was with his first love. Through a series of events, the male lead began to reflect on his behavior and erroneous thought patterns. Ultimately, the male lead realized he needed to change, decided to publicly reveal his identity as a movie star, and reestablish trust and a relationship with the female lead. This transformation was accompanied by a series of communication and problem-solving processes, allowing the couple to understand and accept each other's true identities and lifestyles. The drama explores the importance of trust, honesty, and personal growth in modern marriage.
