Incurable Love
"When Adam Normandy had a heart attack and was being hunted by people sent by his brother Charles Normandy, Megan Scott saved him. Adam was shocked to discover that the human Megan was his mate, and that her kiss could alleviate his heart attacks. He decided to bring Megan back to his pack, asking her to be his private nurse to treat his heart condition and to spend more time with her, hoping to one day propose to her.

However, Olivia West, who had feelings for Adam, noticed his concern for Megan. She learned from Adam’s private doctor that the wolf blood used to treat Megan had severe side effects that would likely lead to her death. Olivia deceived Megan into having a relationship with Adam after being injected with the wolf blood, aiming for Megan to die after saving Adam, thereby giving Olivia a chance to become Adam’s Luna.
After Megan and Adam were intimate, Megan vomited blood and fell into a coma, leaving Adam full of regret. In the operating room, Megan was saved by Dr. Roger, who arrived in time and used forbidden techniques, but the treatment severed the mate bond between Megan and Adam. Believing Megan to be dead, Adam was consumed with grief.
Jack secretly took Megan away and renamed her May. When Megan woke up, she had lost her memory, and Jack lied to her, claiming to be her boyfriend. Megan wanted to regain her memory and find a job to support herself. She encountered Adam’s grandfather at her previous workplace, helped him, and he liked the kind-hearted May, recommending her to interview as his private nurse. Thus, Megan met Adam again, and their emotional entanglement resumed. Trying not to betray Megan, Adam repeatedly restrained his feelings and tried to distance himself from May. Under Olivia’s schemes, Adam thought May was trying to replace Megan and drove her away. After being expelled, May discovered she was pregnant! Unsure of the father’s identity, she sought Dr. Roger to learn about her past before amnesia, but was followed by Olivia, who intended to kill Dr. Roger to keep her secrets. In May's moment of danger, Adam arrived in time to save her, and Dr. Roger revealed the truth that May was actually Megan."
