"At night, Shen Xue receives a silent hill sample photo sent by Song Qiang, but when processed through an AI recognition system, it identifies an unknown creature. Shortly after, she receives a distress call from Song Qiang, while an eerie computer screen continuously flashes images of the unidentified being. Since it has been less than 24 hours since his disappearance, reporting to the police is not an option. Shen Xue decides to lead a team to Silent Hill to rescue Song Qiang. Apart from the unsettling atmosphere, the sample photos taken in Silent Hill have so far been successfully analyzed by the recognition system, extracting biological information. Shen Xue suspects that the anomaly lies only in the area where Song Qiang took the photos—a restricted zone. Upon entering the restricted area, one of the teammates becomes terrified, as many research teams that entered before have gone missing. Not only that, as the group approaches the forbidden zone of Silent Hill, the atmosphere shifts ominously. Just as they are about to enter, Wei Zhong, the mountain keeper, appears and blocks their path. Left with no choice, Shen Xue and her team temporarily halt their plans. With Wei Zhong's assistance, they review surveillance footage and confirm that Song Qiang did enter the restricted area. What seemed like a straightforward disappearance case takes a strange turn when Wei Zhong's granddaughter, Lele, appears and breaks the deadlock. Lele tells the group that Song Qiang had actually come out once. When Shen Xue presses for details, Lele smiles eerily and says, ""Song Qiang once asked, 'Do you believe your own eyes? Is everything you see real? What if it's right in front of you, but you can't see it...'"" Before Lele can finish, Wei Zhong pulls her away. Eventually, the team sneaks into the restricted area, determined to get to the bottom of the mystery. However, upon entering, a series of bizarre phenomena begin to unfold..."
