Turning the Tide
Jason finds out his wife, Aily, is cheating and planning to use their unborn child to take his inheritance. At a press conference, Jason transfers his assets to his son, Andrew, but is blindsided when Toby, the lover, claims to be Andrew's real father. Andrew sides with him and demands a divorce. Jason agrees and gives away a family heirloom, but all of this is part of his revenge plan. 6 months later, Jason, now living in a basement, is publicly humiliated at Andrew’s wedding. Just as he’s about to be thrown out, Luis makes a dramatic entrance, revealing that Jason has been secretly scheming for 25 years. In the end, Andrew’s company collapses, he’s tricked into debt and dies from a botched organ removal. Toby jumps to his death, and Aily loses her mind, ending up a beggar. Jason, however, makes a powerful comeback with his adopted daughter, Luis.
