Bait: She Took Them All Down — Season 1

Alaia Haynes, CEO of the Haynes Group, goes undercover in her own seafood plant, posing as a disabled worker, to expose the abuse inside. She finds supervisors skimming wages, pocketing the cafeteria budget, and throwing a worker who complained into the sea. She befriends Melody Dobson, a deaf worker who has endured it all in silence. When her cover is blown, her brother Matthew pulls her out just in time. She fakes her own death to lure out the mastermind, then works with police to take down the whole ring, clean up the factory, and give the workers back their dignity.
