A Promise in the Wind

The female lead, drunk, walked into the wrong hot spring pool and accidentally saved the male lead, who had been drugged. When the male lead woke up, he saw the female supporting role and thought it was she who had saved him. The female supporting role let the mistake stand. After the female lead gave birth to a pair of twin boy and girl, she took the son away, pretending that he was her and the male leads child.
